Sponsored content
We recommend providing banners as these are part of your sponsored content package – they are ran off-site and alongside the article. Please see the display banners section for dimensions.
We require copy that is at least 300 words in length; a call to action, including a link; and if you would like images including, they will need to be provided in JPEG format. If these requirements are not met, this could cause a delay to your sponsored content being published.
We publish sponsored content in the order that it is received. If submitted on time, you will receive a proof of the article at least 48 hours before it goes live, so this should give you a heads up on the live date. The article will also appear on your dashboard once it is on the website.
Yes, but we need at least a seven-day heads up from when the copy is submitted. (Please note that if copy is sent very late – from 15th onwards of the month it’s meant to go live in – they cannot request a date.).
If sent on time, you are guaranteed a proof of the article 48 hours before it goes live. The proof is sent to show the client how the article will appear on Dentistry.co.uk. If there are any spelling or grammatical concerns, a client can have one round of edits. The copy as it is submitted will be taken as the final version ie this is not an opportunity to change the copy itself.
Social media
If you are supplying still images for your post/ad, this needs to be a JPEG and PNG. If you are providing a video, this needs to be an MP4 file. Please note that any videos over 2 minutes 30 seconds, cannot be posted on X and any videos over 30 seconds cannot be posted on Instagram stories.
We recommend providing any images or videos in both of the following sizes: 1080 x 1080 pixels and 1080 x 1920 pixels.
If you have booked a paid social media post (not a social retargeting ad), your post will go out organically providing it meets the above format and sizing requirements.
We aim to run ads for a minimum of one to two weeks to ensure your ad’s audience is fully optimised.
